Small Grants Application Form - For Students
Please check one of these boxes that best describes your request:

Applications must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event being funded. Individual students may apply for up to $250 once a fiscal year or up to $400 to support a student-produced event.

Enrolled undergraduate students who are presenting at folklore conferences may receive travel support for attending those events. Enrolled graduate students who are attending conferences are encouraged to get funding from their departments; our emphasis is on funding graduate student research rather than conference travel. Note: CFS does not fund equipment or food events.
