Shuman leads Human Rights in Transit group trip to NYC

As part of the Humanities and Arts Discovery Theme Project, Human Rights in Transit, eight Ohio State students observed human rights work in New York City over the summer. Facilitated by professors Wendy Hesford (English), Amy Shuman (English) and Jennifer Suchland (Slavic/WGSS), the five-day trip centered around the Human Rights Watch film festival, “Change Starts Here,” along with exploration of many other venues and sites related to human rights.
