Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. Rosa Torres Caskey

Rosa Torres Caskey moved to Ohio from Texas shortly after getting married. She is another insightful and wonderful storyteller, and her story traces the early years for Latinos in the Midwest. Ms. Caskey has stayed connected to her roots and has been a bridge builder between the Anglo and Latino community in the state. From keeping her traditions at home with her family, to getting involved in organization and events that promote social justice, her story is moving and inspiring. Her story includes descriptions of some of the artifacts that she considers part of her and her family.
