Selina Pagan is a very inspirational and hard-working woman. In her interview she explains some of the jobs that she does, while she attends university. Her passion for her culture is very strong and she tries to preserve it in her community through her jobs and projects. For her age, she has achieved much in her life, as she plays a main part for an organization that she is trying to grow, and for the success that she has had. Her message to new people to Cleveland, as well as to her generation, is that they always maintain their family, since it is the most important thing, overall.
