Congratulations to Elo-Hanna Seljamaa, who defended her dissertation, "A Home for 121 Nationalities or Less: Nationalism, Ethnicity, and Integration in Post-Soviet Estonia" (directed by Dr. Dorothy Noyes). Elo-Hanna goes home shortly to assume the position of Researcher in the Department of Estonian and Comparative Folklore at the University of Tartu.
